DampGuard is a high-performance silicate-based damp sealer that penetrates deep into masonry to block water rising through capillary action. It chemically reacts with cement-based materials to create an internal water-repelling barrier, effectively preventing flaking paint, mould, and moisture damage. Ideal for older homes, boundary walls, and commercial buildings with damp issues.

Recommended Use
- Brick walls, plastered masonry, concrete retaining walls
- Pre-treatment for areas showing salt or water damage
Coverage
- 5–8 m² per litre depending on porosity
Application Instructions
- Surface must be dry and free of loose materials.
- Apply two liberal coats using a brush or low-pressure sprayer.
- Allow to cure for 12–24 hours before applying paint.
Drying Time
- 2–4 hours per coat
- Full cure: 24 hours
